How the word puzzles work
The anagram gives you five scrambled letters and a short clue. Four candidate words are offered, only one of which uses exactly those letters and fits the clue. The meaning question shows a word and asks for its closest synonym from four grammatical options. Both reward vocabulary and a moment of patience over speed.
