Brisk is a daily puzzle game for enjoyment and practice. It does not measure intelligence or promise improvements in health or cognitive ability.

Who can play

You must be at least 13 to use Brisk. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, use Brisk only with permission from a parent or guardian.

One day. One first attempt.

The daily challenge opens and closes at midnight UTC. Your first attempt counts. Correct answers rank first; server-measured time breaks ties. The clock keeps running if you leave, and your completed submission must reach the server before the daily deadline. Practice rounds do not affect the leaderboard.

Keep the competition kind

Choose a public name that does not impersonate someone or contain hateful, abusive or personal information. Do not automate play, tamper with requests, use multiple identities to improve your daily standing, or interfere with other players. Report concerning names or scores using the flag beside an entry.

Administrators may remove public names or exclude scores after review. Very short finishes may be held for review. Reports alone do not automatically remove players. Use the support contact to ask for a review of a moderation decision.

Accounts and availability

Guest play is optional and tied to your browser. Connecting Google lets you recover progress elsewhere. You are responsible for access to your Google account. You can delete your Brisk account from Account.

Brisk may change, pause or end features, and interruptions or errors may occur. We may restrict an account or exclude results when reasonably needed to protect players, the service or fair competition.

Content and responsibility

Brisk and its original design, writing and puzzles belong to Known by One LLC or its licensors. You may share the result cards Brisk provides, but you may not copy, sell or systematically extract the game or its content. There are no cash prizes or guaranteed rewards.

Service terms

Brisk is provided as available without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, Known by One LLC is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by Delaware law, without limiting consumer rights that apply where you live.

Changes

We may update these terms as Brisk develops. Continued use after an update means the new terms apply from their stated effective date.
